Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Events and Exhibitions Manager to join our team and drive our event strategy, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage agency relationships and coordinate contracting for sponsorships, exhibit space, and vendors.
  • Coordinate event booth planning, operational logistics, and shipping coordination.
  • Plan a positive brand experience for attendees and design strategies to attract interest and interaction.
  • Capture attendee data and upload it to CRM.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or significant experience in events and exhibition management.
  • 5+ years of experience in events and exhibition management.
  • Ability to travel worldwide for events, tradeshows, conferences, and regional workshops.
  • Highly skilled in project plan development, management, and high-quality execution.
  • Understanding of lead capture in the events environment and experience with data to CRM integration.
Personal Qualities:
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in various formats.
