We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group FP&A Analyst to join our team at JAG Talent Limited in Central London. This role is essential for achieving financial objectives and business partnering to ensure alignment between financial goals and overall business strategies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in financial planning processes, communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner, and developing and overseeing comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes
  • Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to provide insights into financial performance and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence between financial and operational objectives
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering their professional growth

Requirements

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience
  • Experience in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience in identifying and analysing financial trends, financial modelling, and scenario analysis
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • A strategic thinker
