As a SEN Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting a range of students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
  2. Collaborating with the clinical and educational team to deliver effective interventions and support strategies.
  3. Providing emotional and pastoral support to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for students.
