The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering Quantity Surveying/Cost Management services on a range of projects, from inception to handover. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert Quantity Surveying/Cost Management services to clients
  • Managing project budgets and costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10 years' experience in a consultancy or contractor environment
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Experience working with private or public sector clients (preferably both)
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • MRICS or similar accreditation
