Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Warehouse Operative/Van Driver to join our client based in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate Counterbalance FLT to manoeuvre goods and materials around the warehouse, loading and unloading goods using appropriate warehouse equipment.
  • Delivery Services: Collect stock from customer locations and deliver into the warehouse, scanning and sorting of parcels onto delivery van.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate, monitor and assist with the receipt, order and dispatch of goods, ensuring deliveries are loaded/unloaded within given time scales and checked against paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Driving Licence: Full Clean Driving licence that has been held for 3 years+ is required.
  • Health & Safety: Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and manual handling techniques.
  • Equipment Operation: Counterbalance FLT License is required for this role.
  • Administration: Excellent administration skills including Microsoft office.
