We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable Nursery school in Barnet. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to children in the Early Years setting, adhering to the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities to enhance student learning and development, working closely with the Class Teacher.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues and other staff members, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Identify and address the additional support needs of students, ensuring their individual requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school is required.
  • A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities are essential.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience, is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with a patient and empathetic approach, is required.
