We are a dynamic organisation seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Campaigns Officer to join our team.

As a Digital Campaigns Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and website content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement effective digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness and support key organisational objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports to optimise future campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Industry Trends: Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for campaign improvements.
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience through social media platforms, responding to queries and building a strong online community.
  • External Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute paid media campaigns effectively.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging digital content, including graphics, blogs, and videos.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing or campaigns, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email campaign software.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content and campaign ideas.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Digital Innovation: A keen interest in digital marketing trends and innovations.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
