Job Overview

The role of the Treasury Director at Cint is critical in managing global cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management functions. As a key member of the finance team, this individual will report directly to the SVP Group Reporting, Tax and Control, while working closely with the CFO and other senior executives to ensure optimal financial strategies are in place for Cint's global growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong banking relationships, ensuring favorable terms, cost-efficient structures, and alignment with Cint's financial strategy.
  2. Mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks, to align with Cint's overall financial objectives.
  3. Establish and maintain robust treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide regular reporting on cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to the CFO and executive team, delivering insights to drive decision-making.
  5. Simplify global bank account infrastructure, implement efficient cash pooling structures, and streamline payment processing through a single, integrated interface.
  6. Oversee daily global cash flow forecasting and management across 18 legal entities to ensure optimal liquidity levels and efficient capital allocation.
  7. Lead the development and execution of investment strategies for surplus cash, ensuring capital is allocated effectively to maximize returns while minimizing risk.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
