About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as a Nursery Room Manager at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the childcare team in your room, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met.

About the Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children in your care.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Ensure the childcare environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating, promoting the development and well-being of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve the overall quality of childcare and education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Requirements

  • Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to apply this knowledge in your practice.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and parents.
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Be committed to ongoing professional development and be willing to participate in training and development opportunities.
