Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of our clients based out of North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be part of a culture that values innovation, quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, the aim of this role is to maintain and repair all equipment in the relevant department. Ensuring maximum utilisation of production time. Each department has strict standards in relation to hygiene, health & safety, environment, quality and ethics. The successful applicant will therefore be expected to behave and adhere to the highest standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to breakdowns and undertake reactive maintenance to enable continued production
• Use and record PPM's and breakdowns on Pirana maintenance system
• Ensure all PPM's are up to date
• Day to day maintenance of: overhead chain lines, packaging machines, temperature control equipment, and continuous improvement of cables and panels
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary

Requirements:
• Experience in a maintenance role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Salary: From £45,000 - £54,000 (Depending on experience)

Shifts: The role is working days on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 05:30 to 17:30
