Salary: £26,000-£34,000 dependent on experience

Job Type: Permanent

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and technical expertise on medium to large-scale projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Revit with experience working on medium to large-scale projects
  • Strong technical expertise and attention to detail
  • Experience working on a range of projects in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
  • Ability to work on projects from conception to completion
  • Knowledge of current UK building regulations and NBS software
  • Excellent time-keeping and organisation skills
  • Motivated and positive approach to work with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements:

  • Post-qualification experience
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Technical expertise and attention to detail
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Understanding of NBS software and the specification process
