Supportive Mental Health Practitioner

We are recruiting for a Female Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Mold. The successful applicant will provide 1:1 support to a lady with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and PTSD, working closely with a female team on day shifts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social care, ideally within mental health, and be able to suggest activities to support her mental wellbeing. They will also need to have a Full UK Driving License and current Right to Work in the UK.
This is a highly rewarding role that requires a caring and supportive approach. As a Female Mental Health Support Worker, you will make a real difference in the life of our service user.
Job SummaryProvide 1:1 support to a lady with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and PTSD, suggesting various activities to support her mental wellbeing and working closely with a female team on day shifts.
Key Requirements- Experience in social care, ideally within mental health
- Full UK Driving License (Essential)
- Ability to implement detailed care plans and risk assessments
- Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment history in the UK
