Ridgeview Wine Estate is a family-run establishment situated in a picturesque region, renowned for its premium sparkling wine production for over 25 years. We are on the lookout for a committed Sparkling Wine Production Manager to join our cutting-edge winery and vineyards.
Role Overview:- Strategize, budget, and oversee activities related to grape harvest and bottling processes
- Supervise the upkeep of winemaking equipment and machinery
- Work collaboratively with contract growers and manage winemaking agreements
- Flourishes in a collaborative environment with a proactive mindset
- Background in budget oversight and operational management
- Proficient in resource allocation and team leadership
- Possession of a driving license is advantageous due to the location of the business
- Completion of an occupational health assessment is necessary for a safety-sensitive environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK is preferred
