Operations Support Administrator

Stonegate Group, the UK's largest Pub Group, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Support Administrator to provide administrative support to Senior Operations leaders. The successful candidate will work closely with the Leased & Tenancy Ops Support Team, undertaking administrative tasks, planning large-scale events, and providing support to divisions and business units.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Divisional Ops Team with travel logistics, accommodation, and expense administration
  • Providing support to the Ops team during times of team absence
  • Anticipating the needs of the department to ensure a seamless experience
  • Supporting with the organization of large meetings and events
  • Performing a range of general administration tasks
