We are seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Grand Central Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our team members, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our busy restaurant.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges, with a fully flexible approach to working patterns. You can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven, including weekends.
The successful candidate will have worked in a busy restaurant environment and be able to lead, motivate, and support their team members to achieve success. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant.
