As a key member of our food and beverage team at the prestigious Riverside Hotel in Durham, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary goal will be to maintain high service standards while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, train, and motivate your team members to achieve peak performance
  • Efficiently manage stock levels, ordering processes, and cellar operations
  • Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols throughout the bar area
  • Oversee the preparation of bar snacks, kitchen cleanliness, and general maintenance of the bar and kitchen spaces
  • Ensure the security of the stockroom and cellar

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for mixology, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
