As a Private Client Solicitor, you will have the chance to work on really excellent quality private client work and advise a national and international client base.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Will Drafting: You will be responsible for drafting wills, including tax-efficient wills incorporating trusts.
  • Estate and Asset Protection Planning: You will help clients protect their assets and estates, ensuring their wishes are carried out.
  • Onshore Trusts: You will create and draft onshore trusts, providing clients with secure and tax-efficient solutions.
  • Probate and Estate Administration: You will guide clients through the probate process and manage estate administration.
  • Powers of Attorney: You will advise clients on powers of attorney, ensuring their interests are protected.
  • Court of Protection Matters: You will represent clients in Court of Protection matters, advocating on their behalf.


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: You must be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with up to 4 years PQE within private client law.
  • Experience: You should have significant private client experience, with a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Additional Skills: STEP membership is beneficial but not essential.
