Maintenance Engineer Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance for a skilled maintenance engineer to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, as well as contributing to project and improvement work on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive maintenance and site PMs
- Reactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns quickly
- Working across mechanical faults and maintenance
- Working on Engineering projects (e.g. commissioning, installations, relocations)
- Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes and machine output
Requirements:
- Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject
- Ideally experienced across both electrical and mechanical experience
- Experience working in a maintenance engineer role previously, ideally in a similar industry
- Ability to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment
About The Role:
This is a Monday to Friday day shift role with no nights or weekend work. The company is open to speaking to people who are electrically biased, mechanically biased or multi-skilled. If you're interested in this opportunity, please get in touch with us to discuss further.
