Nuclear Medicine Radiographer/Technologist Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiographer to join our multidisciplinary team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Our trust-wide PET/CT service is based at Charing Cross Hospital, and we have a busy PET/CT service that includes various studies and research projects.
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and perform clinical Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT and laboratorial procedures while providing a high level of patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a high-quality diagnostic service as part of a professional Nuclear Medicine team
- Maintaining a high standard of patient care and developing and improving professional expertise via continuous professional development (CPD)
- Providing staff training and supervision of junior staff and students
Requirements include a BSc in a Science subject or equivalent, a postgraduate diploma in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent, and 2 years of full-time professional experience in a Nuclear Medicine Department as Band 6 or equivalent. Up-to-date knowledge of general nuclear medicine imaging techniques, including data acquisition, image processing and SPECT/CT, is also required. Experience of training staff and students, as well as computer literacy, are also essential.
