About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our client's established HR team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to the business, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with experience in ER and complex casework. You will also have excellent coaching skills, with the ability to develop and deliver training programs. A CIPD level 5 qualification is desirable, but not essential.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will work closely with operational SLT teams, providing guidance and support on HR matters. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior HR team members and developing credible relationships with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a true operational HR generalist, with experience in developing people and upskilling the workforce.
