Job Title: Rail Industry Training Specialist

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is looking for a highly skilled Rail Industry Training Specialist to join our Team in Warrington, Cheshire. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering employee's training records and ensuring the Group Training System remains up-to-date and information is collated and recorded.

The successful candidate will have good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. They should also have a basic knowledge of the Sentinel Scheme Rules and Network Rail Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To forecast training events for trainers and assessors, and monitor training requirements on the training and assessment matrix.
  • Send out booking forms and Joining instructions for events, and maintain computerised and paper-based training systems.
  • Inform clients/internal line managers of learner results and collate and record learner evaluation forms for NSAR requirements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of data management principles and practices, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. They should also have a basic understanding of safety, quality and environmental issues relevant to the rail industry.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
