Job Title: Telecare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telecare Support Worker to join our team in the Doncaster area. As a Telecare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be working as part of the Home Emergency Alarm Response Team, responding to call-outs and providing assistance where needed. You will be required to work a 3 on 3 off rota pattern, covering shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to call-outs and provide assistance to individuals in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals to enable them to live independently and safely
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous experience in care or support
  • Up-to-date moving and handling training
