Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Specialist to join our team at Algeco UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our modular accommodation facilities. Your duties will include carrying out general maintenance tasks, responding to repair requests, and performing routine inspections to identify potential issues. Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, and electrical repairs
  • Respond to repair requests from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Blue CSCS card holder essential

Benefits: Competitive salary, 25 days' holiday, bank holidays, and overtime at time and a half. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 40-hour week. Estimated annual salary: £29,598.
