Affiliates Commercial Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Sales Manager to join our team at Reach plc.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through affiliate partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the affiliate sector, with experience in negotiating performance and fixed-fee deals.
You will be responsible for analysing data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimising performance.
You will work closely with editorial affiliates, SEO, and social teams to achieve targets and improve best practices.
You will regularly report performance, present results, and suggest innovative strategies to boost revenue and traffic.
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the affiliate industry, with a proven track record of achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Experience working with affiliate-focused teams, both commercial and editorial.
- Good understanding of key web technologies, including HTML and Javascript.
- A competitive salary of up to £50,000pa (DOE) + bonus
