Job Title: Senior Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the company's benefits programs, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pension Management: You will have expertise in UK pensions, including defined benefit pension schemes, and be responsible for managing the governance, compliance, and outsourced administration of our pension arrangements.
  • Benefits Administration: You will oversee the administration of our benefits programs, including pension high earner and capping processes, and handle complex member queries.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You will engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will work closely with other Mars functions, including payroll, finance, HR, and senior business leaders, to ensure seamless delivery of benefits.
  • Budget Management: You will be responsible for budget management, scrutinizing statements of work from external service providers, and monitoring progress against budget.
