Job Title: CNC Machinist Position

**Job Summary:**

Staffbase Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our client's busy factory near Heanor. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3 and/or 5-axis CNC milling machines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Program and set 3 and/or 5-axis CNC milling machines (Mazak and/or DMG) to machine large fabricated parts
* Machining a wide range of large one-off fabricated parts/components from various metals, including stainless steels, titanium, aluminum, nickel alloys, and carbon steels
* Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure efficient production and high-quality results

**Requirements:**

* At least 3 years of experience in programming and setting 3 and/or 5-axis machinery
* Familiarity with one or more of the following control systems: Mazatrol Siemens, Heidenhein, or Fanuc
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive basic salary: £40K - £50K + Overtime
