About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, and for sourcing and placing top talent in the Residential Estate Agency Property sector.

Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have a successful track record in Lettings and a genuine passion for delivering a superior customer service.
  • You will also need to have drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
  • As a multi-skilled Letting Agent, you will be responsible for selling and closing skills, and for working closely with our clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £25,000 with £40,000 as realistic on-target earnings.
  • A flexible working schedule with working hours of 9.30am to 5.30pm and the opportunity to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month for 4 hours, by appointment only and dependent on business needs.
