Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Anderselite. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects, working closely with clients and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project managers to ensure that their needs are met
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project estimates, including cost breakdowns and schedules
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve estimating processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating software, including ConQuest
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
