Your Role

As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our business, providing warm and welcoming customer service to our customers. You will be responsible for creating a magical shopping experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that you can answer customer questions and provide recommendations

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety and food hygiene standards

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
