We are seeking an exceptional Client Acquisition Executive to join our team at Hawk Brown Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, plus an OTE of £32,000. Benefits include 26 days holiday per year, healthcare cash plan, social events, free fruit and breakfast, and cycle to work scheme.
