About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NHS Professionals Limited as a Community Health Nurse, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Community Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary
- Recognize and respond to deterioration in patient condition, taking appropriate action and escalating concerns as needed
- Manage emergency situations effectively, using sound decision-making and analytical skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and comply with NMC Professional Registration
Requirements
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing professional development
