Lead and Develop Our Two-Year-Old Provision

We are seeking an experienced Early Years practitioner to lead and develop our two-year-old provision, supporting young children to have a good start in life in a thriving school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality early years provision for two-year-olds
  • Lead a team of early years practitioners to deliver excellent outcomes for children
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support early home learning
  • Contribute to the development of the school's early years strategy
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless transitions for children
