About the Role:

Capco is seeking a skilled Financial Services Risk Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating operational risks across our financial services clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze operational risk events to identify root causes and control failures
  • Develop and implement control enhancements to mitigate operational risks
  • Collaborate with front office and corporate teams to ensure effective risk management practices
  • Oversight of Operational Risk processes, including Key Risk Indicator submissions and actions closure
  • Coordination of internal Operational Risk meetings and tracking of follow-ups
  • Involvement in Operational Risk led projects as required

  • Product experience or regulatory knowledge is beneficial
