About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our Rheumatology Department. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in managing patients with early inflammatory arthritis and those receiving biologic and high-cost therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patients with early inflammatory arthritis and those receiving biologic and high-cost therapies
  • Run independent nurse-led clinics to provide high-quality patient care
  • Participate in clinical sessions to man the nurse advice line for all rheumatology patients
  • Develop and implement care plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Significant relevant clinical experience in rheumatology
  • Substantial current speciality experience in managing patients with early inflammatory arthritis and biologic therapies
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize complex situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and influence change
  • Fluent English language skills
