About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer to join our NBIT Team as they embark on a large-scale transformation project. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery, maintenance, and support of our internal applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of fully functional, cloud-native applications and microservices. You will collaborate with the full B&DE department to support the Agile delivery process and lead and inspire a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of cloud-native applications and microservices
  • Collaborate with the B&DE department to support Agile delivery
  • Manage and maintain internal applications
  • Lead and inspire a team of developers
  • Act as the interface between the development team, senior management, and the rest of the business
