At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a reliable Logistics Specialist to join our team in the UK. This role involves ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, maintaining excellent service, and adhering to delivery schedules.
Responsibilities- Safely drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, utilizing effective route planning and time management skills.
- Load and unload goods with care, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Follow established delivery routes and time schedules accurately, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
- Maintain delivery vehicles in good working condition, performing routine checks and maintenance as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery times, address any issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately complete delivery records and paperwork, meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Holding a valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher) and possessing proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
- Demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Possessing good communication and customer service abilities, with a strong focus on building positive relationships with customers.
- Able to handle and lift heavy items, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing logistical demands.
