### Job Title: Cook In Charge

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook In Charge to join our team at Caerphilly County Borough Council. As a key member of our catering services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our students.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
* Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our students
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
* Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor or Manager to achieve catering service goals

#### Requirements

* Level 2 in Food Safety
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to supervise staff and maintain a positive work environment
