£30k basic with uncapped commission plan. Uncapped OTE £70k+

Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.

Business Development Manager - Requirements:
  • Proven track record in IT sales with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong business development and sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
