About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Prophet, to manage the implementation and development of various systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with site teams to enhance data capture, management, and visualisation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ERP QC Inspection Sheets system, ensuring timely and documented changes.
  • Oversee the implementation and development of various systems, including Prophet.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing for ERP upgrades and manage the testing plan.
  • Assist with complex database maintenance and document workflows.
  • Prioritise multiple projects and manage escalated issues with urgency.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Prophet).
  • Strong SQL querying skills.
  • Experience with report writing (preferably Crystal Reports).
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (preferably Qlik, Power BI).
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
