Client Acquisition Manager

Casgo Care is a renowned nursing recruitment specialist, dedicated to delivering high-quality staffing solutions to the NHS and other prominent healthcare organisations across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance patient care.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Pursue industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- A deep understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration: Estimated salary range £30,000-£35,000 per annum
