Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify areas for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Pursue industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • A deep understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration: Estimated salary range £30,000-£35,000 per annum
