About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Brambles. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects and work streams, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope and objectives, and identify and evaluate options for project delivery.
  • Ensure that IT solution requirements are defined, delivered, and monitored.
  • Establish quality control procedures and ensure they are used correctly.
  • Develop schedules and work packages for the IT project delivery team.
  • Manage hand-over of responsibility for the IT solution to business-as-usual support.
  • Build effective business relationships and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Make decisions that impact the success of assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Significant previous experience in an IT-focused role.
  • 5+ years' experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects.
  • Proven success in improving the customer experience.
  • Experience working within a matrix structure.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) from PMI.
  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
