Job Summary:

HotelCare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors.
  • Sanitize surfaces and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure the security of guest rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
