About the Role:The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Senior Behavioural Analysts, and Occupational Therapists, to provide individualized support to students with autism.
Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one support to students and lead group sessions, following individualized targets and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation, using Applied Behavioural Analysis techniques.
- Track and log pupil progress, adjusting targets as needed in collaboration with the team.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
