About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Safety Specialist to join TAC Healthcare Group. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Estate Manager to develop and implement an end-to-end HSE plan and process across the Occupational Health business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and developing HSE processes to promote a culture of continual improvement among all stakeholders. They will also support the ongoing development and maintenance of HSE management systems and accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the annual Occupational Health (OH) HSE plan and objectives in collaboration with the Estates Manager.
  • Coordinate HSE activities related to the Occupational Health business.
  • Ensure day-to-day oversight of health and safety processes across all OH locations.
  • Implement HSE scopes and engage with relevant stakeholders to integrate HSE into operations.
  • Provide HSE input into audits, tender processes, and accreditation submissions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the local HSE compliance tool and reporting.
  • Maintain assurance of compliance with codes, laws, and Occupational Health bodies, including participation in audits and clinical accreditations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing, implementing, and improving quality and safety management systems.
  • Prior experience in auditing, preferably with Lead Auditor certification.
