Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a reputable company with a turnover of £30 million.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to take on a key role in our production unit. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional electrical engineering support, executing preventative maintenance, and upholding the highest standards of safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar position. Relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 engineering qualification are essential, and proficiency in PLC programming and fault-finding is highly desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary, reflective of experience and qualifications, along with a robust pension scheme and opportunities for further professional development. You will also have access to a company pension scheme and complimentary onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional electrical engineering support to the production unit, minimising downtime.
  2. Execute preventative maintenance with diligence and foresight.
  3. Uphold the highest standards of safety, proactively addressing potential risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. A recognised engineering apprenticeship (NVQ, BTEC, or C&G) is essential.
  2. A multi-skilled background with a strong electrical bias.
Benefits:
  1. A competitive base salary of £47,653.13 per annum, plus the opportunity for paid overtime.
  2. A generous holiday allowance of 20 shifts, inclusive of bank holidays, with incremental increases linked to service length.
