Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Concierge to join our team at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for leading our concierge team and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of concierges to provide exceptional guest service
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest care and service
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a concierge or supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
