Marine Warranty Coordinator

The Marine Warranty Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join MARINE ACQUISITION CORP as a key member of our team. As a Marine Warranty Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing warranty and service issues in EMEA, acting as a liaison between OEMs and service agents.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales or customer service environment, with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.

• Manage enquiries from OEM dealers and factories, determining whether they are warranty-related and authorizing necessary actions.
• Refer non-warranty enquiries to service agents and arrange for parts to be sent from the UK or US.
• Liaise with engineers to resolve quality issues and report them to the factory monthly.
• Process invoices, raise credit notes, and manage marine returns.
• Keep marine warranty systems up-to-date and proof-read documentation when required.

• Experience of CRM systems and ERP/MRP software.
• Proven ability to work in a sales or customer service environment, exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent IT skills in standard office software packages, including Excel.
• Strong communicator with a polite and confident telephone manner.
