HR Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in London. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our organization, ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting employment documentation and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Work closely with line managers to onboard new joiners, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Process monthly pensions, payroll, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage the HR inbox, categorizing and forwarding emails to the team and responding to emails within your remit in a timely fashion
- Monitor key employment dates, flagging important milestones to relevant line managers
