About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced carpenter/multi-trade to work on a domestic maintenance contract in the Norwich area. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as major works, void refurbishment, and response maintenance. This role requires proficiency in carpentry and other trades, with a focus on window repairs and general maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out major works, including renovations and refurbishments
  • Conduct void property preparation and response maintenance
  • Perform window repairs and other general maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work completed

Requirements:

  • Proficient in carpentry and other trades
  • Experience with window repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
