We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the dining operation, delivering consistently high standards while developing future leaders.
As a leader in the business, you will...
- Support, coach, and mentor your team
- Maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill
- Ensure up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the recruitment and induction of new team members
- Leading, managing, and developing your Brigade
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Creating kitchen rotas and ensuring labour targets are met
- Conducting periodic stock takes to ensure delivery of GP margins
- Adopting a proactive strategy to boost sales and drive growth
- Ordering food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed
